Full screen bug/glitch

Well I decided it had been a long time since I played minecraft java so I hoped on and wanted to play full screen so I pressed f11 and well…

 

if anyone could please help me that would Be awesome thanks.

also I know it says minecraft 1.14 but it’s actually minecraft 1.8.
