Mobs don't pathfind towards targets correctly if they're not centered on a block

When mobs have a clear way to pathfind to their target, they will change direction if the target is not centered on the block, tricking the AI into thinking the target is floating. To reproduce, build a staircase, spawn some husks, go into survival, and you will be safe if you're sneaking on an edge.
