Minecraft 1.14.3 stuck 80% on Mojang Loading screen

Saw there was another person having my problem on this thread but there was no answer for it, it was fine 2 days ago, made no changes and been trying to fix it after 2 days, fresh install, update drivers, protect it from anti-virus.
