Silverfish spawner doesn't work

So silverfish spawner doesn't seams to work in 1.14.3

Important note:

• I've update my world from 1.13 (also test with a fresh 1.14.3 world and doesn't work either)
• This spawner was working before
• I'm not in peaceful lol
