Taking suffocation damage when head is out of water

Taking suffocation damage when standing in water stream with head out of water. No bubble/air meter appears but you still end up taking suffocation damage. The water flow is coming from a half slab higher than the ground while character standing on a full block. Hope the pictures help. Great to see so many bugs being fixed.
