Unfair Player Duplication Abuse Glitch In Sticky Pistons And Chests, works on any version of mc 1.14 and above

I noticed that people in multiple survival or non survival worlds are taking advantage of sticky pistons and chests and using 1 diamond (or any particular item) and quickly grabbing it out of the chest as the piston goes down to quickly cause a duplication which sometimes causes others games to mess up. I thought its best to bring this to the attention of people, as it is a unfair and a what i like to call weak advantage.  thank you! have a nice day.
