Left Clicking / Shift-Clicking Doesn't Work For Me

When in the creative menu / survival inventory, left-clicking an item to move it, does nothing, also Shift-Clicking items from chest / creative / survival inventory doesn't work. And sometimes, you can't even click the "Options" tab or the "Save And Quit To Title" tab.
