Minecraft Loading Screen stuck at 0% but it shows all chunks as loaded

Every other time I open a world in Minecraft, the loading screen gets stuck at 0%, even though it shows all chunks as loaded as pictured below.

 

Whenever this happens, I cannot use the X button to close the game. I must open Task Manager and click on Java and press "End Task." When this happens, the launcher opens up and says the game has crashed; however, nothing happens when I press the View Crash Report button. If I relaunch the game and open a world, it opens correctly.

 

I am running Minecraft on Windows 10 64x. I know this bug happens to me in Minecraft 1.14.3 with Optifine. It didn't happen in 1.13.2 with Optifine, and I don't know if it happened in any earlier versions of 1.14 since went straight from 1.13.2 to 1.14.3.
