Binding "Open/Close Inventory" to Tab only allows you to open your inventory.

Binding "Open/Close Inventory" to Tab only allows you to open your inventory. To close it you must push Esc. This broke in 1.14+ and this only happens with the Tab key. It's really annoying that I cant close my inventory by pressing Tab again.
