Cant enter the MC

OK so i installed minecraft and everything is ok i got The extreme version of MC just like my friends and, problem is when im trying to enter the mc it says:

I dont really know what is this, i tryed to reinstall it but it doesnt works?

If you know what is this let me know in description, BTW I REINSTALLED MY WINDOWS BEFORE THIS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
