BUG FARMING REDSTONE.GOLD,DIAMOND AND OTHER

hello ,, i got bug..... 

help me please,

, why can't I mine gold, redstone, diamond. I have tried many times to mine it, but there is no diamond, gold, or redstone that appears. if I mine rocks or coal I get it, if I don't get diamond or redstone ... is there a solution for this Minecraft java?
