Jukebox continued to play song after the disk was removed.

I was playing music on the jukebox, blocks, and i left the game while it was playing. The next time i opened the world i noticed it was still playing so i removed the disk from the jukebox and it still carried on. I tried breaking the jukebox and it still played, and i had the disk in my inventory.
