after i updated to 1.14.3, my launcher would open minecraft and won't open

I open the minecraft lancher and click play either i does not load as forge or it loads and then crashes (i have to manually crash it). Can you help. This happens on all versions i have (1.7.10, 1.7.10 forge, 1.10.2, 1.12.2, 1.12.2 forge, and 1.14.3)
