Villagers never give discount despite trading with them hundreds of times

Ever since updating my realm to 1.14.3, all villagers have not only gotten rid of their existing discounts, but I am unable to get new discounts no matter how much I trade with them. I have been trading with more than a dozen bred Masons with stone and I have yet to get a discount.
