Right Mouse Button double clicks

Recently started playing Minecraft again on my own Realm, but when placing blocks, or entering a chest/workbench I sometimes get 2 clicks instead of 1. Also when unstacking items by rightclicking, it sometimes splits a stack into 2, instead of 1.

 

This doesn't seem to be a major issue, but it gets very annoying after a while.
