Minecraft Password Not Working

Ever Since The New Update, I havent been able to log in to my Minecraft Account, i can log into Minecraft.net on my mobile device but i cant log in on PC. I changed my password also but it hasnt been able to work when im logging into minecraft. The Website Minecraft.net doesnt load after i imput my information to log in, no error or anything...
