Holding "9" in spectator mode repeatedly opens/closes the spectator options for too long

While in spectator mode, if you hold number 9 on the keyboard some spectator options will flash open and closed, like it does while holding F5, the inventory button etc. However, unlike those holding nine in spectator will continue doing the action after it is unpressed. The amount of time it continues depends on how long you were holding the button in.
