fishing problem, trading problem, disappearing named villagers/animals

fishing:

when fishing, other players see a large thick line coming from my fishing rod   

 

trading:

when attempting to trade with villagers the gui appears for a split sec and disappears so cant trade with any villagers

name tags:

put name tags on villagers or animals and within a few days they are just gone, no crash report or any other info, just gone!

oh yea,   lag............lag.......lots of lag on server... tried every thing listed in your help section and no luck yet
