I cant access my account

I was playing on my account and then my pc crashed then I got back on my pc and I couldn't get on my account I was logged out. I tried a lot of things I restarted my pc I deleted Minecraft 

then I left it for the weekend then it worked I was on my account I then joined a server and it kicked me off and then I couldn't get on my account again.
