Minecraft doesn't show new appearance

Hello, Okay so when i downloaded Minecraft i had a error occured (and still is occuring) But let's get that out of the way.

So from the Title when first time installing Minecraft (On this laptop) When i launch it shows the old Minecraft Theme/Appearance or whatever. It doesn't show me the new appearance that i am seeing at youtube, Any fixes? Also yes i downloaded from Minecraft.net and the Beta Installer too.

Also for the error that i mentioned in the beginning the error message is
"The Application was unable to start properly 0xc0000005'

I tried almost everything (Except uninstalling the OS Because i don't wanna reinstall all my other games)

And this error occur on other programs too such as Steam, Intel Driver and Support Assistant. Any help will be appreciated thanks!
