Problem playing Java Edition, Win10 runs Fine

I can run Minecraft Win10 completely fine, but Java edition is so slow its unplayable. If I don't run Minecraft in admin it won't even start from the launcher. I prefer playing on Java edition and its annoying I can't get my primary computer to run it.

I have installed and deleted MC and Java several times and looked into several solutions that didn't work.
