[MC-15564] start up failure: IllegalStateException: "Cannot determine close requested state of uncreated window"

What I expected to happen was...:
For the launcher to start up

What actually happened was...:
it failed and put up the bug report

Steps to Reproduce:
1. download the MinecraftDev
2. make sure it is 13w19a
3. press play button ( with criteria inserted )
