crafting bug/glitch. pls help

I have windows 10 pro MC version 1.14.3 and I cannot shift click anything or drag with the right mouse button trough the crafting table or my inventory so it divides equally. and i have to hold left mouse button and drag stuff instead of just clicking it once and dragging it also I cant double click one recourse to get all of that type of recourse
