Villager Menu Will Not Open

Ever since the update started there are several villagers that I am unable to trade with. Some of them work just fine, but when I try to speak with some of them to trade the trading menu will flicker on for a brief moment (literally one frame) and then disappears. No matter how many times I try, reset the game/launcher/computer, this issue persists.
