Villagers discounts are gradually disappearing

The discounts in trading are not being saved, they are forgetting them, for example, I cured a zombie villager, so he gave me mending books for 1 emerald, but after 2 in-game days, the discount disappeared and it had it's regular price, 16 emeralds.
