Commands don't give any feedback

It's very hard to reproduce, but here are the steps:

1. Generate a world in version 1.14 (or update to it)
2. update the world to 1.14.3
3.       3. (very seldom) the world does not show any command feedbacks (even not in the log!)

The strangest thing is that bug only appears in a few worlds.
