Structure files not found when trying to load structure block

trying to load any structure from a structure block that you didnt save yourself wont load because the file doesnt exist and didnt download with the rest of the game

the only structure files i have are from a map i downloaded ages ago and even that didnt have the naturally generated structures like the end cities and the villages

 

i have been playing minecraft since 1.8 if that helps any
