Zombie Pigmen break my save after opening a Nether Portal while having the Bad Omen effect.

After opening a nether portal, I went mining. I saved and quit but when in game, I couldn't kill mobs or use any blocks.

Before that, I killed a brigade of Pillager and got the Bad Omen Effect.

Also, when loading the game, the outer gray zone is cut in half,leaving only the top of it.
