Puffed pufferfish can hurt the player even if it's dead.

How to reproduce

Summon a dying puffed pufferfish:

/summon minecraft:pufferfish ~ ~ ~ {Health:0f,PuffState:1}

→ Pufferfish can hurt the player while dying
