Fox in tundra biome isn't white when spawned.

When I spawn in foxes in a snowy tundra biome, they appear as red, not white (and I summoned a white fox to make sure it wasn't some sort of glitch w/ my texture pack or something). I've tried this on both buffet and default worlds, and the result is the same.
