Realms Crashes Every 20 Seconds

I purchased Realms for the first time a month ago so me and my friends could play and it went well, no lag spikes or crashes. and then I renewed this months subscription last week, and the first  day went will and then the next day and all the days up until now, the Realms says:

"Connection Lost
Internal Exception: java.io.IOExeption: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host"

when I play a like 20 seconds and that ^ pops up and kicks me out and its only me out of 5 players on MY SERVER that I PAID FOR. When I click on "Back" it takes me back to the "Minecraft Realms" screen with your Realms world is on. And that happens every time I play but I noticed that I when I'm in the Nether it doesn't kick me out as much. Please help me with this. My PC isn't old or bad and I've played countless hours on single player and Realms and other games with video settings on High/Ultra.
