Colored dust/block particles are extremely laggy in 1.14

The dust particles in 1.14.2 (Possibly other 1.14 versions) are extremely laggy when used in relatively small quantities (50-150). My GPU is relatively good and CPU and RAM and both more than sufficient.

 

Note I did test this with other, standard particles. I didn't seem to have an issue with them even pushing 300-500+.

 

Steps to reproduce:

-Open up any creative Minecraft world in 1.14.2+

-Use the /particle command to generate 150+ colored dust particles

-Sit back, grab some popcorn and watch as your FPS drops.

-Assuming you're not running a 1080ti or using a NASA computer.
