PLEASE!!!! put back the option to turn VBO off!

Why on earth would you take IT OUT!!!! 

without this option to control this being on or of my pc does not have anywhere to use the power for this game and when we turned it off it would of loaded it in a way that we could load this.

please this is the only game that i could run and play with my friend and family add it back so i can control it
