break bug

When I play the new 1.14.3 Combat test there is a bug if you play long the click start to make a delay and It's stops to break when you have the bug you need to restart your game because the bug will follow you every where even you make a new world or join a server I check and It's not my mouse

What I expected to happen was...:
to break a block

What actually happened was...:
the Break not working

Steps to Reproduce:
1. wait long arround 20 min
2. try to locate a burried treasure with the command /locate burried tresaure try tp to it
3. and you cannot break and It does that to every other world that you create
