Nintendo kicks me and my friends out every few minutes each time we try to join each other's servers.

Whenever I join my sister in her game, it says "disconnected from server" and the same thing happens to her. I can still join, but after a few minutes of playing, it kicks the one who joined the game out. Also the game freezes and lags constantly, so I am not into a game until 10 minutes passes by.
