Foals tend to walk into walls and suffocate

When a foal is bred, it seems to go through blocks easily, usually suffocating itself. This includes running after their parents through walls etc. When you feed them enough until they fully grow up, they won't do so anymore. But every growth stage until full adult horse has this problem
