Left Clicking too much makes you unable to left click again

Breaking blocks alot (I didn't test left clicking without breaking blocks) in creative or left clicking them breaks the game as you can never left click again in that world until you restart the game. Re logging into the world, /killing yourself, resetting controls don't work. It's not an issue with the mouse as everything else worked.
