Freezing in the newer versions of minecraft

So, basically the game freezes all the time, every second im in a world it freezes, but i am playing with 200 fps in when i press F3, now if i launch the game in older version like 1.8.9, i play completely normally with no problems at all. im not sure whats causing this but im pretty sure its since the new JVM options. (EDIT) also i forgot to mention, when i create a new world my game crashes, and then when i open the game again and try to enter my newly created single player world it crashes again. so i cant enter my single player worlds
