Unable to fit: minecraft:block/cyan_concrete_powder

I downloaded a texture pack and put it in the resourcepack folder. I then opened tried to play minecraft but kept getting this error:  Error: dul: Unable to fit: minecraft:block/cyan_concrete_powder - size: 512x512 - Maybe try a lower resolution resource pack?

 

I'm not sure what to do at this point. I deleted the texture pack from the resourcepack folder and I am still getting the same error.
