Villagers picking up workstation through wall

Villagers getting job by picking a workstation that they should not be able to reach.

It seems to be affecting workstations placed directly against the 'back' of the wall
By the looks of it a villager just needs to get close enough to the wall

 EDIT: Also finding beds and getting in them through the wall
