Leather caps and tunics sold by leatherworker are never enchanted, leaving two identical trades for similar items

Leather worker journeyman leather caps and master leather tunics are not enchanted, leaving two identical trades for the same armor that may vary in color. This is a problem because there are no other instances of individual villagers having identical trades for a similar/exact item at a specific price (except for enchanted books from librarians in MC-71354 in ultra rare cases). This would be intentional if those items are not supposed to be enchanted.
