Tamed horses keep dissapearing

Whenever I tame a horse, put a saddle on it and ride it even for a second, it simply vanishes.

It has happened three times now, and I have lost all the armors and saddles along with the horses. 

I read that this was an issue for some players in Minecraft Java 1.14.2, but I have not found one for the latest version (1.14.3)
