Light level bug and traders invisibility

During night i have always night level 15 and i cant even find any mobs, i find some of them only in forest and one other place but nothing more
I have Hard difficulty but there are not mobs during night everywhere like in last version

Wandering traders invisibility doesnt work for zombies during night, they somehow can see him and he always run, but in 1.14.2 they cant saw him
