Minecraft keeps Crashing

Minecraft keeps crashing after a while of playing, I can play around 5-10 minutes and then all of a sudden my game would freeze and say " Stopped Responding " afterwards, it would then take me back to the Minecraft Launcher and give me a message saying " Game unexpectedly crashed, we're sorry for any inconvenience " and then would give me a crash report saying the following:
