MC-155096Exception Ticking World Crashes Server, resolved bug but appeared once again.
Server encounters an unexpected exception while ticking world , crashes all the time within 10 seconds of logging in.

This issue has been reported in previous versions of the 1.14 update, and is thought to be resolved. However, in the previous release i had a problem with the End Cities , which is hopefully fixed( didnt even get to try the end) and now I have this. This is NOT a duplication of another bug that is thought to be resolved.
