Block texture not rendering

After about 10 minutes of playing, my game lags and then the textures on all the blocks around me go like that. I don't know how to explain it but it makes it difficult to play and see what blocks there is as they go black and some even changed colour. This has been happening ever since I redownloaded Minecraft on my new PC. Please help.
