Raid bossbar does not display "Raid - Defeat"

The bug

The raid bossbar doesn't display Raid - Defeat after a village has been fully raided/defeated. Even if the player is within the villager or their own villager that they created, the bossbar will not display Raid - Defeat. The bossbar will display Raid - Defeat when spawning a villager (that has profession and is near the jobsite) in a safe area while all the illagers are celebrating.

How to reproduce

1. While in a village:

   /effect give @p bad_omen
   

2. Run

   /kill @e[type=villager]
   

   → The bossbar will disappear and will not display Raid - Defeat. Spawn a villager inside a house while the illagers are celebrating and waiting for the villager to claim the jobsite will cause the bossbar to display Raid - Defeat.
