Bonus Chest and Frozen Ocean issues

Bonus Chests spawn in the air, Noticed on my game and in a recent DanTDM video, plus I would like to talk about how Frozen Oceans spawn Way too close to Deserts and Savannas (other warm biomes too) even with the temperatue system.
