When I open minecraft through the laucher it loads and when the red is almost to the end it crashes

Whenever I try to launch minecraft 1.14.2 it starts to load but then before it finishes it crashes with this code "Process crashed with exit code -805306369. Then when i try to launch a different version it lets me load into the game but then it just stays in the join world screen and doesn't let me close it out or anything else.
