Grass/Tall Grass sometimes generates floating in midair

I generated a normal type world, but above a lake, there were some pieces of grass just sitting in mid-air! How to reproduce: Use seed 4879051360071355499 and go on top of the nearest tall mountain. If you can find a lake, you should see some grass just floating.
